Since 2014 Suports has its own Mexican branch , SUPORTS ENERGÍA SUSTENTABLE SAPI de CV and since 2018 together with Gonvarri Colombia and Gonvarri Çepas our products are available in Colombia and Turkey respectively.

Our activity

Suports activity is focused on the design, manufacturing and supply of fast mounting system for every type of solar energy installation, mainly based on aluminum structures and stainless steel hardware, including anchors and sealing gaskets.

Starting from the installation layout , we look for the solution that best adapts to the existing requirements , depending on the type of rooftop, its thickness and admissible loads. Basic Flat System

Basic Flat Systems are the simplest solution for coplanar projects.

The system uses two slotted rails to support one row of PV modules. These PV modules are fastened to the rails by middle-clamps and end-clamps and they are usually placed in portrait configuration, though landscape configuration is also available.

It is also available a broad range of anchoring systems (self-drilling screws, hooks, spikes, etc.) for all kind of rooftops, covers or surfaces.

Basic Flat KR-18 ECO System

Basic Flat KR-18 ECO Systems are the simplest and most optimized solution for coplanar installations on KR-18 metal sheet rooftops or similar, with either 90º or 180º standing seam profiles.

The system uses two slotted anchoring pieces arranged in each fastening point of the PV modules, to support one row of PV modules.

The PV modules are fastened to these anchoring pieces by middle-clamps and end-clamps and have to be placed with its long side perpendicular to the standing seam profiles.

The design of our slotted anchoring pieces has the advantage that, thanks to its geometry, it adapts perfectly to the standing seam profiles and to the fastening clamps of the PV modules.

Basic Tilted System

Basic tilted Systems are the simplest solution for tilt projects.

The system uses two slotted rails to support one row of PV modules. These PV modules are fastened to the rails by middle-clamps and end-clamps and can be placed both in portrait and landscape configuration. At the same time, the rails are bolted on aluminum angle brackets with the tilt requested by the client.

It is also available a broad range of anchoring systems (self-drilling screws, hooks, spikes, etc.) for all kind of rooftops, covers or surfaces.

Self -Supported System

The Self-Supported System is the best choice for flat roofs or roofs with slight slope where it is possible to ballast with concrete blocks, and where the maximum admissible load is limited. Highly recommended for lightweight rooftops.

Dual Tilted System

Dual Tilted Systems are the appropriate solution for those PV projects where it is required that the PV modules are facing both East and West for power and productivity needs.

The system uses shared aluminum angle-brackets, with the tilt angle requested by the customer, to withstand a row or matrix of PV modules. These PV modules are fastened by middle-clamps and end-clamps and can be placed both in portrait and landscape configuration. At the same time, the angle-brackets are fixed on longitudinal rails joining adjacent rows, creating a matrix or base structural lattice.

It is also available a broad range of anchoring systems for flat rooftops or ballasts depending on the rooftop and project requirements.

Solar Carport

PV solar carports offer shade to limited urban spaces for pedestrian traffic or vehicle parking at the same time as they are support for the installation of PV modules and generation of photovoltaic solar energy.

The system uses hot-dip galvanized steel profiles, through repetition of frames and purlins arranged for the placement of the PV modules.

The PV modules are fastened to the purlins by middle-clamps and end-clamps, compatible with either portrait or landscape module configuration depending on the needs of the client and project.

Our designs adapt to any type and orientation of existing parking lot, as we have single carports (ST and TNE) and double carports (STN and OVE) available, as well as to the aesthetic and finishing requirements that are desired.
